The Opportunity:
We are a well established dental clinic located in Seton! We are excited to welcome a full time treatment coordinator 4-5 days per week (you choose). This position includes 1-2 evenings/week (not late) and 1-2 Saturdays/month.
Required Skills:
This role is perfect for those with 3+ years of dental administration experience, RDA certification or background is a bonus. This is an important lead position in our digital clinic which requires a motivated and optimistic team player! We pride ourselves on excellence in patient care, new technology and wonderful experiences.
Experience with pre-authorizations, outstanding treatment follow up, making financial arrangements, along with knowledge of check in/out and all other dental administration duties are required. Experience in a digital clinic with Cleardent, CBCT, Cerec and Sleep Apnea are additional attributes for this role.
